When the housing market fell the last time, the made us get licences. That I didn't mind too much but this time they took our clients and gave them to the appraisal management companies. The guys at goldman sax proved themselves to be real assholes lately and they were the ones that needed watching. Check out previous entry for more on that.

This stuff is not new but I have a feeling that the punishment for Goldman will be much less than has been inflicted on appraisers. Goldman pandered to their clients and we get punished because we might pander to ours.
