When the housing market fell the last time, the made us get licences. That I didn't mind too much but this time they took our clients and gave them to the appraisal management companies. This stuff is not new but I have a feeling that the punishment for Goldman will be much less than has been inflicted on appraisers. Goldman pandered to their clients and we get punished because we might pander to ours.
