One conversation that always to seem to peak people's interest is, "What is the cheapest house in the County?" The question following that one is, "What is the most expensive house in the County?" That is what this site is about, and occasionally it might contain other appraiser stuff or whatever I happen to be thinking about at the moment. Big building for sale cheap

My comments

First for the musicians. If you can convince your wife to live in the rectory and keep the steady job, you can jam all week and play for customers on the weekend. This one is probably worth getting the rest of the band to pitch in. It already has seating, it already has an organ and it already has a stage and the acoustics would be would be heavenly.
